The First Transnational meeting within the ERASMUS PLUS program’ project.
The Latvian School of Public Administration organized the First Transnational meeting within the framework of the project “Training Educator Training Course” for the ERASMUS PLUS PROGRAMME.
On the 8 - 9 of January 2018 the Latvian School of Public Administration (LSPA) organized and hosted the first transnational meeting with its partners within the framework of the project “Training Educator Training Course” for the ERASMUS PLUS programme.
The representatives of the two partner organizations who took part in this first meeting within the framework of the project were: Mr. Marcin Sakowicz and Mrs. Agnieszka Wilczynska-Strawa from Lech Kaczyński Poland’s National School of Public Administration (KSAP), and Mr. Antti Karttunen and Mrs. Katja Valtonen from HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd.(HAUS).
During the first day of the meeting the participants discussed the main objectives and the aims, the planned activities and the results of the project. On the second day of the meeting, the participants drafted and distributed the roles, tasks and responsibilities of each partner in the framework of the project.
At the end of the meeting, the participants scheduled the first short-term joint-staff training event in frame of the project with includes the following subjects: facilitation skills, design thinking and flexibility in decision-making.
All the partners agreed that the next short-term joint-staff training event will be hosted and carried out by Polish partners in Warsaw (Polish National School of Public Administration, KSAP) in April 2018.
